Refund policy

At UKFootballKit.com, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. You may return any product within 90 days of the order date, provided the item is in its original condition with all manufacturer tags and packaging intact. Returns that meet these conditions are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions:

• Personalized jerseys (with custom names, numbers, or patches) cannot be returned under any circumstances.

• Jerseys printed with a pre‑selected player’s name/number may be considered for return at management’s discretion. Contact us at [email protected] before initiating a return.

If a personalized jersey is approved for return:

• Exchanges may incur a re‑printing fee plus shipping.

• Refunds will be issued minus the original printing cost.

For defective items, please contact us within 30 business days. Include all packaging and tags.

Return Process:

1. Include a note stating whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

2. Non‑EU customers must write “UK Return” on the customs export sticker to avoid tax charges.
