Order Processing & Shipping
Are all jerseys in stock?
Most items are ready to ship. High-demand tournament jerseys may sell out quickly. Real-time stock status is shown on each product page.
Can I change my order after payment?
We can only modify orders before they enter the packing stage. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are possible within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order hasn’t been prepared for shipping.
How do I cancel an order?

What shipping options do you offer, and how long does delivery take?
We ship from regional EU warehouses using tracked services. European delivery usually takes 7–10 business days. Worldwide delivery ranges from 7–20 business days depending on location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your delivery on the carrier’s website or in your account.
What if my order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time?

Returns & After-Sales
What is your return policy?
You may return unworn items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Personalized/custom jerseys cannot be returned unless faulty.
How long do exchanges or refunds take?
Once we receive your return, processing takes 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Are there any fees for returns?
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We do not charge handling or restocking fees.
